During the consultation, we will discuss your budget for this project and we will determine your vision and align it with our vision for your place.

After we determine an appropriate budget and vision, we will also recommend optional work that will enhance the look and appeal of your place. i.e. accent walls, new appliances, furniture upgrades, etc. Please see below for a list of our services.

Fees

Our services will incur an initial base fee per room, plus 15% of the total budget allocated to each project. We will also offer special discounts and promotions to clients according to the size of their project.

Our fee will be contingent on the approved itemized budget developed for your place. All costs listed in the approved budget include the cost of the item, cost of procurement, as well as any shipping and handling, labor or installation costs. A base fee per room will also be charged.
